Process Design - The competency to evaluate existing business processes, prioritize opportunities for improvement, and design future state processes that will manifest strategic capabilities and optimize an enterprise's market and operational performance. Technology Delivery - The competency to define, design, develop, and deploy technology-based solutions that will correct current state operating issues and enable future state business processes in a risk-free manner. Organizational Change - The competency to assess the organizational impact of a new strategy or solution and to design and implement interventions to successfully manage and promote the change process within affected stakeholder groups.
