The Board of Directors, meeting after the General Shareholders’ Meeting, has appointed Christophe Dumoulin (Directeur-général délégué since 2001) as Chairman and CEO. He succeeds Patrick Bensabat, founder of Business & Decision, who died on January 29, 2016.
Christophe Dumoulin said: “It is with emotion that I take the Presidency of Business & Decision Group in which I am engaged for over twenty years. I continue to carry the ambitions of the founder, shareholders and employees for the further development of the company. ”
About Christophe Dumoulin
After studying mechanics at the University Claude Bernard (Lyon 1), Christophe Dumoulin began his career at Metrology in 1984 as a sales engineer. To complete his education, in 1990-1991, he followed an MBA at the University of San Francisco, before joining Pilot Software in 1992 as Director-General. In 1996, he joined Business & Decision to participate in the development of the group, notably with the IPO in 2001, when he was appointed Directeur-général délégué and member of the Board of Directors.
